I came to Canada from Sri Lanka, escaping a civil war, at sixteen with nothing but a restless curiosity and a hope for a better future. Over the last twenty years I've turned that energy into companies across design, marketing, real estate, and software, and learned how to take an idea from a rough spark to a business that scales.

What I do best is turn ideas into products and products into companies. I'm a founder at heart, equal parts operator and builder, with a sharp eye for design, brand, and productizing services, and the go-to-market instincts to grow them. I love the unglamorous work behind scale: systems, processes, and the software that makes a small team punch far above its weight.

Today I split my time between operating and investing. Through Scale Shift Ventures I build, back, and scale tech companies in proptech, fintech, AI, and SaaS, pairing capital with hands-on operational muscle to turn a proven spark into a wildfire.
